MEET THE BAKER
Baking has always come easily to me. When I began my formal training as a patissier, I apprenticed under a mentor at a small cafe. However, soon after Quickly, I learned all the recipes and helped the cafe do well. I loved seeing the delight on my customers' faces when they first bit into my pastries in the morning.
I look back fondly at my time in that cafe, though now I bake in my own kitchen--my happy place. Here, I never run out of things to make. Creating is my true passion and I will continue to fuse together flavors, textures, and colors to please classic and contemporary tastes.
